can identify health problems.

- Regulating food: fruits, vegetables.
HEALTHY FOOD
To be healthy we must eat healthy food.

Natural and minimally processed food: no added ingredients.
Example: fruits, milk...
Processed food: with other ingredients added.
Example: bread, cheese...
Ultra-processed food: made from other food.
Example: piza, hamburguer, chips, hot dog, donuts...
